Estate Office Desktop

A Windows workspace for your real estate CRM

Work with clients, listings and transactions in a dedicated Windows interface. Estate Office Desktop connects to Total, so the team uses the same agency records, not another separate database.

Product status: Windows 10/11 x64: test releases and active development. Estate Office Total and internet access are required. We do not advertise macOS or Linux releases here.

  • Windows in testing
  • Estate Office Total client
  • Online access

Agency overview

Start the day with the dashboard

Review the funnel, results, commissions by currency and agency activity within the access granted by the CMS. Then move to cases needing attention.

  • A dedicated application interface rather than the entire CMS website embedded in a window.
  • Results, remuneration and activity dashboard.
  • Records retrieved from your Total installation.

Connected cases

Work with the relationships between records

Clients, searches, contracts and transactions provide the context. Forms and galleries support record and media handling from your computer.

  • Listings, photos, floor plans and linked records.
  • Editing according to the user’s role.
  • The same CRM server for browser and application access.

Technical requirements

Windows application, data in Total

Desktop is not a standalone CRM without a server. It uses the CMS API and requires internet access. Tokens are stored in Windows Credential Manager; the application does not save the password.

  • Currently not a client of the Wordpress plugin.
  • No independent offline mode or offline-change synchronisation.
  • Not every CMS administration function is part of Desktop.

Test before deployment

Check the computer, role and actual workflow

Verify installation on your target Windows system, CMS access, forms and media. The current interface can indicate a newer release; this is not an unattended automatic update installer.

FAQ

Access and deployment questions

Does the application work without internet access?

No. The current version requires a connection to the Total server. It does not provide an independent CRM database or editing with later offline synchronisation.

Do I need a separate CRM for the application?

The application uses an Estate Office Total installation and its permissions. Access, testing, licensing and version compatibility are confirmed before deployment.
