Working in the field

Go from a search result to the full case context

Find records and open linked contracts, properties and transactions without starting a separate search in every module.

  • Access clients, searches, contracts and transactions.
  • Create and edit records within your CMS permissions.
  • Use the agency’s shared records instead of copying data between databases.

Property media

Add photos while you are at the property

Use the phone camera and gallery to add media during field work. Photos, floor plans and panoramas stay linked to the property workflow.

  • Choose photos from the gallery or capture them with the camera.
  • Manage media associated with a record.
  • Uploading and reading data requires a connection to the server.

Access and permissions

Total decides what the user can access

The application connects to the CMS API. Session tokens use the device’s system storage, and an optional biometric lock is available. Device protection complements, rather than replaces, server access rules.

  • The current app is not a client for the Wordpress plugin.
  • There is no independent CRM database or offline working mode.
  • Remote push notifications require additional service configuration.

Getting started

Test the mobile workflow you actually need

Before using production data, check login, agent permissions, search, editing and photo uploads on the intended device. Test access and server compatibility are confirmed individually.

FAQ

Access and deployment questions

Does the application work without internet access?

No. The current version requires a connection to the Total server. It does not provide an independent CRM database or editing with later offline synchronisation.

Do I need a separate CRM for the application?

The application uses an Estate Office Total installation and its permissions. Access, testing, licensing and version compatibility are confirmed before deployment.
